The Pawleys Island Festival of Music & Art is celebrating its 22nd installment this year in 2012. The Litchfield Inn in Pawleys Island is very happy to have the festival back for another year and encourages those from out of town to stay in their wonderful beachfront hotel, and enjoy all of the great programs and performances during these few weeks. The festival takes place between September 27th and Oct. 14th at various venues around Pawleys Island.
This year’s festival is packed with some highly anticipated musical acts as well as some tremendous displays of artwork. Some of these events are free of charge while others require attendees to purchase tickets. Litchfield Inn is within 10 minutes driving distance from almost every event making it an ideal place to stay for out of town attendees.
The Pawleys Island Festival of Music & Art will be holding an eclectic variety of art and music related events. Attendees will get to see everything from Art Gallery Crawls to a world -renowned senior citizens chorus. There are also presentations such as The World’s Smallest Airport which tells the tale of a post WWII aerial circus. Attendees who are looking for more sophisticated gatherings may enjoy the Pawleys Island Wine Gala and the Collector’s Circle.
