Deposit and Canncellation Policy
Reservations require a 1 night room and tax deposit at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled inside of the 72 hour time frame will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax. All cancellations are charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Credit Card Policy
The Litchfield Inn accepts all major credit cards.
Check-in time is at 4 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.
The Litchfield Inn does not allow pets.
Resort Services Fee
There is a resort services fee of $6 per night added to each accommodation rate (subject to change). Resort Fee includes WI-FI, free local calls, complimentary coffee and tea, complimentary continental breakfast, free parking and pool towel service.
Our hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a fine.
